I had a wonderful experience opening up a checking and savings account with CFC. Madame Patricia Bernabe went above and beyond to assist me with the application process and personally showed me how to set up and use the app so I could easily access my accounts on my phone. As I am still learning to speak French, she kindly assisted me in English explaining every detail. I very much appreciate all her help in making this entire process go efficiently and smoothly. I would highly recommend her and CFC.

I opened an account at this CCF Branch in May. Madame Patricia Bernabe was as helpful as possible and continues to assist me with every detail, whether it is the technicalities of using the website, concerns about procedures or particular requests. Since my French language skills are still rudimentary it is very considerate of her to communicate in English. She is an incredible asset to CCF. Her colleagues including Medhi have also assisted effectively. It's good to know this resource exists nearby.
