I had an excellent experience with Mme Laura LUFT today. She took the time to clearly explain how we could optimize our accounts and answered every one of our questions with patience, professional ism and genuine care. It was very clear and made us feel confident about the decision we were making. It's rare to come across someone who is both highly knowledgeable and so approachable. I highly recommend working with her!
