My HSBC branch closed down and was replaced by CCF. Like any new experience with a bank, I was initially apprehensive as to what to expect. The wonderful surprise was that the change amounted to discovering that CCF was among the best banks that I have ever dealt with. Invariably, right from the start, I have found the staff to be, warmly-welcoming, enthusiastic, well-trained, prompt in communication, supportive, efficient and every quality that one would seek in a banker. I would like to cite an outstanding staff member, Ms Nada Ahmed, who has been exemplary in her handling of my various demands and, especially, unusual problems with direct debits. Her fluency in the English language ensured absolute clarity in communication. I would also like to express my thank and appreciation to Ms Virginie Bruneteau, Virginie Gomis and all the other staff members for their much-appreciated support.

Our experience with CCF has been outstanding from the start. Firstly, as a long-time private customer and investor, the integration from HSBC Saint Cloud Buzenval to CCF, was absolutely seamless. CCF not only closely managed all aspects but ensured nothing would go wrong (as plenty could), as they obsessed over the details and the client relationship by sending many messages with clear instructions and reminders of, how to undertake activities to ensure a seamless process...such professionalism - and what a success!!! At this early stage, I realised we were in for an excellent banking experience. Then, Kamelia Nacer commenced as our relationship manager, and took our banking experience to another level. I cannot praise Kamelia enough for her dedicated service at the highest level. Kamelia's commitment, communication and fantastic attitude is a benchmark in banking service levels. She always ensures that we have timely responses to any queries and detailed explanations - otherwise - if complex, she doesn't mind calling me to ensure all is explained/understood, no matter where we are working from, globally. She gets things done and resolves any issues. We are very grateful indeed. So as a true testament to the professionalism of Kamelia Nacer, CCF bank and the whole team, we wrote this overdue, detailed review and look forward to an excellent ongoing partnership for many years to come.

Anciennement client HSBC je me félicite d'être resté à l'agence de Saint Cloud sous là nouvelle enseigne du CCF. Ce transfert à été particulièrement réussi grâce à la présence de Madame Nacer Kamelia, qui est réactive, très présente, n'oublie jamais de répondre à une demande.
