I have been to CCF Saint Placide several times over the years. I go there because it’s convenient and they are very welcoming and helpful especially Issa Elmane - he is excellent, kind, patient and has helped me many times with all my needs. He would even go beyond my expectations to solve any problems, any questions that I might have and for that Merci infiniment Issa et bon continuation🙏

I have been with HSBC since 2007 and through the changeover to CCF. The process was seamless and they were constantly communicating with us to help with the changes. Every time I have issues or have a situation where my card has been fraudulently used, the process is very quick and I was reimbursed the amount. Overall, the people who work there are very responsive and I highly recommend this bank. My daughter is also with this bank since she was a child and now she is an adult and has her own account.
